In an effort to support healthy, active lifestyles, La Yogurt began incorporating probiotics into various styles of yogurt several years ago. La Yogurt elected to use a unique probiotic strain called Bifidobacterium BB-12® that helps maintain balanced microflora, supports digestive health and supports immunity.
While other yogurt brands provide one benefit or the other, La Yogurt offers increased value by providing both benefits in one product.
Probiotic, by definition, means "For Life".
Probiotics are living microorganisms which, when administered in adequate amounts, confers a health benefit on its host*. When added to yogurt, they work alongside already-present bacterial cultures to promote additional positive effects on your body.
